My own awakening began in my late 30s, disguised as burnout and hormonal chaos. I thought I was falling apart. In truth, I was shedding everything that wasn’t me.
What followed wasn’t gentle — it was confusing, exhausting, and disorienting. But underneath it all was a quiet unraveling that led me back to myself.
Through that process, I rediscovered my intuitive gifts, learned to work with energy in a grounded way, and rebuilt my life from the inside out. What emerged was something simpler, clearer, and far more true.
Today, through Folk Healing, I offer intuitive sessions and mediumship for those moving through their own awakening — the questioning, the shedding, and the search for meaning in the midst of change.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with what’s already there beneath the noise.
